In some cases we do not provide repairs services in-house. You can find a variety of spare parts and accessories for purchase online through our brand sites. Whether you need to restring the shock-cord in your tent poles or replace your snowshoe bindings, we suggest checking out our available parts there first and doing the repairs at home. What if my gear can't be repaired?
If we have inspected your gear and found that the damage is beyond repair, we will send it back to you with a discount code for a purchase from our website.
