Can I send in my stove to be serviced?

Depending on your stove model, we might be able to help with repairs. Please send us a request first—this helps us figure out what model you have, how old it is, and if we have the necessary parts to fix it before you send it in. 

Also, a picture really does help! If you can, please attach a photo of your stove when you reach out to us. This makes it easier for us to identify your stove and get you the information you need faster.
