Will there be a cost to my Therm-A-Rest repair?

What's covered under warranty?
Therm-a-Rest takes pride in offering the highest-quality camp products and we stand behind every piece of gear that we make. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all products, except electronic devices, which have a 2-year Limited Warranty. Should your Therm-a-Rest product be found defective under this warranty, Cascade Designs, will repair or replace it at no cost to you. You are responsible for the shipping charges of getting your product to us to evaluate. 

What's not covered under warranty?
Normal wear, puncture, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse or taking apart of the product is not covered. If your Therm-a-Rest product has repairable damage or wear not covered by your warranty, Therm-a-Rest will complete the repairs for a reasonable fee.

MATTRESSES
Our repair team can locate and repair punctures, replace valves, and reseal the seams on your mattress. We charge $20 to patch up to 10 punctures on a mattress.

FABRIC AND ZIPPER REPAIRS | TENTS, SLEEPING BAGS, QUILTS, AND BLANKETS
Zipper sliders can be replaced for $10 per slider. We cannot repair damaged zipper tracks. Other damage such as punctures or tears may be repaired for a reasonable fee. If your projected repair fee exceeds $50, we will contact you before conducting any repairs. Price is subject to increase depending on the level of damage. While we do out best to fix everything we can, note that some damage is beyond our ability to repair. Please contact our Warranty and Repair team for an estimate.

TENT, CHAIR, AND COT POLES
Broken poles can be replaced for $5 USD per segment.
