The Cascade Designs Warranty and Repair Shop supports MSR, Therm-a-Rest, SealLine, Platypus and PackTowl. While the repair shop remains closed to walk-in customers, we are accepting packages by mail. If you have gear that needs repaired, click here to begin the process.
