Looking for parts such as a rainfly, tent body (canopy), or full pole set?
These part numbers can be found at the top of the diagram. Once you know what sku you need just Submit a Request. When submitting your request, please include the tent model, part description, sku, and quantity needed.
Example:
"I need to order one replacement rainfly for my FreeLite 3p 2016-2018 version tent. Sku 09459. Thanks!"
Need a replacement pole segment?
Before requesting a replacement, let’s make sure you’ve got the right tent pole set. Here's how to identify the FreeLite 3 tent pole set (2016):
- Made of red aluminum (with flared ends)
- Includes 18 pole segments
- Segment #3 measures 380mm
- Diameter is 8.64 mm
We carry replacement parts for this pole set in our Repairs Department. Just use the diagram to identify which segments you need, then Submit a Request.
Cost: $5 per segment
When submitting your request, please include the tent model, quantity needed of each segment, the Segment #, and a brief description of each pole segment.
It should look like this:
Qty 3 – #8 UL 8.64 x 380mm Flare/Flare Insert
Qty 1 – #1 UL 8.64 x 365mm No Flare/Flare Insert
