If you’ve recently purchased a new sleeping pad, some models—such as the NeoAir or Loft—may include a pump sack and/or a small storage sack. These accessories, along with any repair kit (if included with your model), are rolled up and packed in the very center of the sleeping pad.
Larger self-inflating pads may advertise that a storage or pump sack is included. For these models, the sleeping pad is shipped from our facility already packed inside the bag, and no additional storage sack is provided.
If you believe your accessory is missing, the best course of action is to contact the retailer from whom you made the purchase to arrange an exchange. While we do use these components during the manufacturing process, they are stored at a separate warehouse down the street and are not readily accessible to our shipping team—unfortunately, we’re unable to send them out individually.
