How do I file a warranty claim?

To begin a warranty claim, please reach out to our team by clicking "Submit a Request" in the upper right hand corner of this page (when on desktop). On mobile, please select "Submit a Request" from the dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner. 

Please provide as much detail as possible when filling out the form. Images of your product are extremely helpful - both for identification of the product, as well as diagnosing what is wrong with it.
