How do I start a return?

For the quickest return, please visit our Returns Page. As a reminder, we have a 30 day return policy.

You will need your order number, which can be found in when logged in to your online shopping account with us (with any of our brands), or in any of the shipping confirmation emails you've received. If you are unable to find your order number, submit a support case to request help.

Package your item(s) securely with as much of the original packaging included as possible and write your order number on your shipping label as indicated below.

We recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Please hang onto that information as Cascade Designs cannot replace items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable. 

Once we’ve received your package an email confirmation will be sent to you confirming that we’ve started to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used during the original purchase. Sales tax will not show in your refund correspondence until after the entire return process is complete. It can take up to 10 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be completely processed, at which point you will receive a final email confirmation.
