What is your return policy?

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased directly from CascadeDesigns.com (MSR, Therm A Rest, SealLine, Packtowl and Platypus), it must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

We currently do not do exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, just follow the returns process and purchase the correct size needed, etc. 

All returns must be in new condition. Please be sure no dirt, grass or pet hair is on the item you are returning.
