Building the many of our products in-house and using local suppliers (Reno, Nevada, U.S.A. and Midleton, Ireland) also allows us a level of scrutiny and on-the-spot problem solving that results in an unmatched assurance of quality.
Should we find off-shore production necessary, we employ third-party auditors to ensure that labor practices and working conditions are fair and reasonable. To ensure that our supplier values are aligned with our own, we have created a Supplier Code of Conduct outlining basic expectations of our business partners. Many of our suppliers go above and beyond these basic expectations.
