If you broke, damaged or have worn out your MSR DynaLock Backcountry or Trekking Poles we have replacement baskets available on our website. Currently, our replacement baskets are compatible only with our latest pole styles. These are screw-on baskets, and you can find them on MSR's website here.
If your poles get jammed, try cleaning them with a cloth and warm soapy water, and consider lubricating some of the tensioners. Just remember to dry them off afterward. Sand and dust can accumulate in these parts, causing them to stick.

Sometimes folks will break one pole and rather than buy a whole new set you can submit a request. We package these in pairs exclusively. We might have a spare in the repair shop or can discount a new pair to make your set whole again.
Just a quick reminder that MSR's warranty lasts for 3 years from the purchase date for the original buyer and covers manufacturer defects, but not damage from normal wear and tear. If you have more questions, feel free to submit a request to us through our help center.
