Here are some answers to common questions about your towel.

Can I buy a replacement zipper storage bag?
Unfortunately, we don’t have any more zipper storage bags available. We’ve phased them out, although some retailers may still have leftover stock from PackTowls that included them. We have completely run out and won’t be restocking them. 

Do you sell replacement hanger snap loops?
We don’t sell those separately. We only order what we need for production, so we don’t have extras to send out individually. 

What do you recommend for washing instructions?
For best results, use warm or cold water, just like with any dyed fabric. If you want to sanitize it further, using a color-safe bleach is a good option. For Luxe Towels, washing in a mesh zipper bag can help prevent lint from sticking. Tumble dry on low or hang it up in a well-ventilated area to avoid dampness for too long. 

My PackTowl has become smelly, what should I do?

A wash with color-safe bleach and warm water usually does the trick. Towels can start to smell if they haven’t dried properly and have stayed damp for too long, leading to mildew. A thorough wash with soapy warm water, along with color-safe bleach or an odor-eliminating detergent, can help restore it. After that, tumble dry on low. Following these steps can also help prevent odors from developing in the first place.
