Taking the time to clean and maintain your dry bag regularly can really help it last longer. After each use, it's a good idea to clean and air out your dry bags. If they get dirty, just wash them with a soapy sponge and rinse them off, then let them air dry. Make sure to store your clean dry bags completely dry. Also, try to keep any insect repellents and solvents from touching the dry bags; if they do come into contact, be sure to wash the bag thoroughly.
If you have vinyl-coated dry bags, like our Baja™ dry bags, giving them an occasional wipe with a vinyl preservative, such as Armor All®, can help keep them nice and flexible. You don’t need to use a vinyl preservative for polyurethane-coated (PVC-free) dry bags.
