We suggest using your container of MSR SuperFuel within 6 months after opening it. After this time, the fuel may start to break down as its components separate and become sticky. Additionally, older fuel may not burn as efficiently in your stove. Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done to slow this process, so we recommend using the fuel within that 6-month timeframe.
