There are a few reasons why an order may be canceled. One common reason is that the product is out of stock—another order similar to yours may have been placed just before the inventory was updated, or the stock count may have been inaccurate.
Be sure to review the cancellation email carefully. In some cases, only one or two items may have been removed, while the rest of your order still shipped. You will only be charged for the items that were shipped.
Orders may also be canceled due to potential fraud detection. This typically happens if you place an order while away from home—sometimes even from your workplace, especially if your commute is long. The fraud detection system is designed to prevent unauthorized use in case your credit card has been lost or stolen.
Additionally, we do not ship to freight forwarders. Orders intended for foreign export using a freight forwarding service will be canceled. If you wish to purchase our products outside of the U.S. or Canada, please contact a local outdoor retailer or visit our international distributors page to find a regional contact.
