Need a Replacement Pole Segment?
Before requesting a replacement, let’s make sure you’ve got the right tent pole set. Here's how to identify the Hubba Hubba™ 2 tent pole set (2022-2023):
- Made of Syclone material: Carbon Composite- Grey
- Includes 22 pole segments
- Segment #1 measures 12 inches (measurement does not include silver insert)
- The spreader pole is not connected to the the main pole
We carry replacement parts for this pole set in our Repairs Department. Just use the diagram to identify which segments you need, then Submit a Request .
Cost: $5 per segment
When submitting your request, please include the tent model, quantity needed of each segment, the Segment #, and a brief description of each pole segment.
It should look like this:
