Before requesting a replacement, let’s make sure you’ve got the right tent pole set. Here's how to identify the Papa Hubba™ NX tent pole set (2019):
- Made of Syclone material: Carbon Composite- Grey
- Includes 36 pole segments
- Segment #1 measures 14 inches
We carry replacement parts for this pole set in our Repairs Department. Just use the diagram to identify which segments you need, then Submit a Request .
Cost: $5 per segment
When submitting your request, please include the tent model, quantity needed of each segment, the Segment #, and a brief description of each pole segment.
It should look like this:
Qty 5 – #2 SYCMAX 18” I
Qty 1 – #4 SYCMAX 15” I
