You will need your order number, which can be found in your account purchase history or shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to find your order number, submit a support case here to request help.
Package your item(s) securely with as much of the original packaging included as possible and write your RMA number on your shipping label as indicated below.

We recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Please hang onto that information as Cascade Designs cannot replace items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.
Once we’ve received your package an email confirmation will be sent to you confirming that we’ve started to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used during the original purchase. Sales tax will not show in your refund correspondence until after the entire return process is complete. It can take up to 5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be completely processed, at which point you will receive a final email confirmation.
