Stove overhaul: This service includes a thorough cleaning of your stove and replacing all worn or broken parts. The parts that may be replaced on liquid stoves include:
- Flame reflector
- Burner cap
- Flame rings

- Cleaning cable
- Fuel line

Fuel pump overhaul: Every pump overhaul includes a cleaning, lubrication of all rubber seals and replacement of the following parts:
- All O-rings
- Pump cup
- Pick up tube
- Check valve
- Valve assembly
- Plunger
- Bore filter
- Bushing
- Pump seal
Stove + fuel pump overhaul
Obsolete pump upgrade: Send in your obsolete pump for an upgrade. Old and obsolete fuel pumps typically have a round, metal control valve and are either grey/black, yellow/black, or blue/red in color. We cannot restore obsolete pumps, but to ensure you can keep using your stove, we’ll replace your old fuel pump with a current one, along with new instructions.
Water filter overhaul: Our team will thoroughly clean and unclog your filter and replace worn or broken parts. Filters are evaluated for flow rate to ensure it’s good to go for your next trip. Cartridges can be replaced for an additional cost based on the filter.
Tent poles repair: Broken poles segments will be replaced for free under the MSR 3-year Limited Lifetime Warranty. Older tents will be repaired at $5 per segment. The repair shop has the pole segments to service many of our older tents, contact our team to confirm part availability.
If the shock cord in your tent poles is worn out, our team will replace if for you. You can also purchase a Shock Cord Replacement Kit if you'd like to do it yourself.
Tent fabric: Our in-house sewing technician can sew in panels, fix mesh rips and patch small holes in the fabric. Pricing for fabric repairs increases depending on the level of damage. If the projected cost exceeds $50 USD, our team will contact you before any repairs are conducted. The team can also replace the zipper sliders ($10 USD), but cannot replace damaged zipper tracks.
Snowshoe part replacements/upgrades: We offer a full service of your snowshoes here are some of the common repairs. $10 USD per crampon; $10 USD per deck patch; Rail, Retainer, and Crossmember replacements ranging from $10-$20 USD each. Binding Replacement ranges from $35-$60 USD per binding, please contact customer service for more specific pricing. Replacement Strap Kits are available online in Snowshoe Accessories section.
